Check the good-looking guy on the far right.

We love and miss you, Uncle Jack. You were a great uncle, friend and advisor. Thinking of you, Aunt Joyce, Karl, Terrie and all the family.

So sorry to hear of Jacks passing. I so enjoyed visiting with him and his family at the Ellenton reunions. He was a great story teller. I will miss seeing his friendly face every year.

We are sending our love from South Georgia. Mama (Ethel) would be with you if her health permitted.

Jack was one person who you could turn to and know he was listening and throughout all our years together never an unkind word spoken of others. He was Navy and we are Army but we never felt apart, we shared our love for our USA and our military time spent for the good of our nation. Joyce, we feel like we have lost a brother and we know you will miss Jack so much. He loved you dearly. So will say, Our Love and Prayers are with you and the family. Love Glenn and Charlotte

Jack was my friend and I am very particular who I give that title to. Enjoy your Patrol Jack until I join you once again.

Jack was one of the most outstanding individuals I have ever met. He was very interested in the preservation of submarine history and accomplishments. He was a active member of the Clamagore Restoration and Maintenance Association. He attended most meetings and provided many ideas and contacts to help in the effort to save this National Historic Site. He loved Joyce very much and they were inseparable. Fair Winds and following seas my friend We have the watch.
