Jack and Joyce with Bill and Sue Wendel and others on a Baltic Sea Cruise in 2005.

Our hearts go out to Joyce. We met Joyce and Jack on a cruise in 2005 and kept in touch ever since. Jack was a unique and interesting fellow, and great story teller and conversationalist. We shall miss him!

The Last time I saw Jack was about back in 2003 when Flew Back Home on Vacation. He was at my Aunt Margaret,s House. We were Never Close but we did Speak. It is Sad that he was The Last One to Pass away. Now Everybody has Gone to be with The Lord. Granddaddy and GrandMa, Uncle Robert Harden, My Mother Jeanette Dicks and Aunt Margaret Hatchell and Now Uncle Jack Harden. Sorry that I could Not come back for The Funeral but we are having Problems at Work back here in Tucson, Az.

Check the good-looking guy on the far right.

We love and miss you, Uncle Jack. You were a great uncle, friend and advisor. Thinking of you, Aunt Joyce, Karl, Terrie and all the family.

So sorry to hear of Jacks passing. I so enjoyed visiting with him and his family at the Ellenton reunions. He was a great story teller. I will miss seeing his friendly face every year.

We are sending our love from South Georgia. Mama (Ethel) would be with you if her health permitted.

Jack was one person who you could turn to and know he was listening and throughout all our years together never an unkind word spoken of others. He was Navy and we are Army but we never felt apart, we shared our love for our USA and our military time spent for the good of our nation. Joyce, we feel like we have lost a brother and we know you will miss Jack so much. He loved you dearly. So will say, Our Love and Prayers are with you and the family. Love Glenn and Charlotte

Jack was my friend and I am very particular who I give that title to. Enjoy your Patrol Jack until I join you once again.
